Nico Collins continues to earn league-wide respect. In ESPN's annual survey of NFL executives, coaches and scouts, the Texans star was voted the No. 8 wide receiver in football, with evaluators praising his rare blend of size, speed, physicality and reliability. One executive called Collins the type of receiver "you would draw up if building one from scratch."

Azeez Al-Shaair's rise continues to gain national recognition. In ESPN's annual survey of more than 70 NFL executives, coaches, and scouts, the Texans linebacker was voted the No. 6 off-ball linebacker in the NFL, appearing on all but one ballot. The survey included high praise from evaluators, one of whom called him the "Dennis Rodman of linebackers" for his relentless motor, physicality, and ability to get under opponents' skin.

The Texans worked out former first-round cornerback Terrion Arnold despite his ongoing legal case. While a signing doesn't appear imminent, the workout offers insight into how Nick Caserio and Houston continue to evaluate every possible avenue to improve the roster.
